While we never expect anything to happen to the high quality jewelry we offer, we understand that "life happens" and nothing is impossible when it comes to jewelry. We also understand how very important your cremation jewelry is to you.

Is your stone scuffed, scratched, or just looking dull? Send it in with your order number and the word "repair" and we will make it as good as new for you!

Breaks rarely happen with our cremation jewelry, but anything is possible, and in the rare occasion your jewelry breaks JDD is here to help! Please contact us via text at 231-714-4922 with a photo if your jewelry breaks. You may be required to send more ashes for your replacement.
