This medical alert necklace is made to look like an everyday piece of jewelry. Just because you HAVE to wear it, doesn't mean it can't be cute at the same time!

Please choose your pendant quantity from the drop down menu and leave a note to seller during the checkout process including the customization you'd like for each pendant including the shape and metal you'd like if you have a preference. The metal choices are Nugold, silver, and copper. I can fit quite a lot of information on these necklaces, but if you are unsure of how many pendants you will need, please send me a message. Each includes a medical alert pendant which is also stampable, and a red swarovski crystal charm. Additional pendants should be chosen from the drop down menu.
